So as the headline says, I'm a planner, big time. As for example, I'm going to Sweden in three weeks and I need to take lots of things with me home so I'm able to get all my clothes etc back to Sweden. And I'm already thinking about what I should pack and what I need here. It's frustrating since this is all that I can think of, and I cannot relax until I've packed all my bags and they are full. This is crazy right?
Anyhow, yesterday I went for a good run around the river, about 7-8k and it felt really good. I can feel that my body is becoming healthier and that I can run more now. Today I'm going to the gym, since I love strength training I cannot only run and do some exercises. Other than that I don't have much plans for today, might take a walk tonight when I've finished work or just relax, I still have my cold so need a bit of rest.
